From neurocomputation to immunocomputation - a model and algorithm for fluctuation-induced instability and phase transition in biological systems

چکیده
This paper explores bioinformatics-based modeling of immunological instabilities. We develop an algorithm for analyzing stability-instability properties of complex systems and use the developed technique to induce transitions in physical, biological, and engineering systems. As a case study, we analyze the phenomena of tumor destabilization or spontaneous biological regression of a malignant focus-lymphocyte interactive system. Using stochastic noise analysis, we model high-dimensional collective oscillations of nonlinear elements and study nonautonomous systems with oscillation-induced phase transitions between lowand high-dimensional states. The associated nonlinear immunodynamical phenomenon of nonequilibrial destabilization of a malignant tumor is analyzed in terms of Prigogine–Glansdorff stability theorem of dynamical systems theory.

In this article the instability of single phase flow in a circular pipe from laminar to turbulence regime has been investigated. To this end, after finding boundary conditions and equation related to instability of flow in cylindrical coordination system, which is called eigenvalue Orr Sommerfeld equation, the solution method for these equation has been investigated. In this article Chebyshev p...
متن کاملThe Relationship between Cation-Induced Substrate Configuration and Enzymatic Activity of Phosphatidate Phosphohydrolase from Human Liver
The mechanism by which bi-and trivalent cations affect human liver phosphatidatephosphohydrolase (PAP) activity was investigated. Bivalent cations up to 1 mM increased PAP activity whereas at higher concentrations the activity of the enzyme decreased. The stimulatory concentration for trivalent cations such as Al3+ and Cr3+, however, was much lower being 2 m M and 1 m M, respectively. All catio...
متن کاملFluctuation-induced first order transition due to Griffiths anomalies of the Cluster glass phase
In itinerant magnetic systems with disorder, the quantum Griffiths phase at T = 0 is unstable to formation of a cluster glass (CG) of frozen droplet degrees of freedom. In the absence of the fluctuations associated with these degrees of freedom, the transition from the paramagnetic Fermi liquid (PMFL) to the ordered phase proceeds via a conventional second-order quantum phase transition. Howeve...
متن کاملFlow-Induced Instability Smart Control of Elastically Coupled Double-Nanotube-Systems
Flow induced vibration and smart control of elastically coupled double-nanotube-systems (CDNTSs) are investigated based on Eringen’s nonlocal elasticity theory and Euler-Bernoulli beam model. The CDNTS is considered to be composed of Carbon Nanotube (CNT) and Boron-Nitride Nanotube (BNNT) which are attached by Pasternak media. The BNNT is subjected to an applied voltage in the axial direction w...

Recently instability in Iranian exchange market, particularly after imposing huge economic sanctions has generated a lot interest among economist and academicians to investigate driving force of this instability. This paper estimates a new nonlinear exchange market pressure for Iran’s economy using MSMH(2)-VAR(2) method. The empirical results identify the two episodes of exchange market pr...
